Islamabad: Under the Prime Minister Imran Khan’s Naya Pakistan Housing Project, the Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) is all set to construct a project encompassing almost 12,000 apartment units in various cities, according to news sources. This apartment project under NPHP is being launched after undergoing a thorough planning framework, with the membership drive for allotments also launched.
The allotment of these apartments is being conducted under Drive-I and Drive-II membership protocol. Drive-I membership operates on the first-come-first-served basis, while Drive-II offers allotments on an age-seniority basis.

Any members registered under Drive-I & Drive-II who haven’t been allotted apartments yet can submit a consent form* with a membership fee of PKR 100,000 to any branch of Askari Bank or the Bank of Punjab (BoP) until the deadline of January 10, 2020. However, the apartment allotments will not affect the previously registered plot allotments.
