As per reports, the FGEHA was initially expected to hand over 60 flats to the CDA, out of the 96 flats constructed by the authority (36 flats were sold), but some issues prevented this transfer. The chairman CDA held multiple meetings with the director general of the housing authority to resolve the matter and reached an accord to hand over the 60 flats to honour the previous agreement. The FGEHA will also hand over the single remaining flat in the next few days.
