Islamabad: The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) and EHFPRO have generated PKR 2.06 billion through the auction of shops in Lifestyle Mall in Sector G-13, according to a news source published on January 15.

After the successful auction of Mauve Area and Class III Shopping Centres of Sector G-13 and G-14, FGEHA Director General Waseem Hayat Bajwa announced four-day open auction proceeds that ended on Thursday (January 14).

Reportedly, these funds will be used for timely completion of projects. The highest bids for the commercial units have been approved by the authority. The successful auction of the plots is associated with investors’ renewed confidence in the government’s policies and prospects of the construction sector.
