Islamabad: The Federal Government Housing Authority (FGEHA) has shared the last date for allottees of Lifestyle Residency to clear all outstanding dues, according to news published on March 21. The allottees are requested to pay all outstanding instalments for Lifestyle Residency Project in Sector G-13, Islamabad before March 31.

The news source reported that failure to do so will result in imposition of a surcharge. The FGEHA, to encourage prompt payment, has shared a last amnesty that will provide a 70% waiver on surcharges. The authority urges the allottees to take advantage of the amnesty to pay their instalments in order to avoid surcharges.

As per the details, the Lifestyle Residency Project spans a 10-acre plot that features seven towers; out of which the grey structure of one tower is still under construction. The FGEHA has assured the allottees that all efforts are being made to complete and deliver the project as quickly as possible.
