Islamabad: The Federal Government Employees Housing Authority (FGEHA) has inaugurated a call centre to facilitate its members and clients, according to news published in the national dailies on July 2.
As per the details, FGEHA Director General Tariq Rashid inaugurated the call centre. The members and clients can call Universal Access Number (UAN) 111134342 for guidance, complaint registration, etc. Information Technology (IT) Deputy Director Asim Amir gave a briefing on the call centre while Director General Ahmed Hassan, Director Estate Syed Kazim Abbas, Director Staff Muhammad Irfan Ch, and Director Administration Ahmed Baksh Sangi instructed the call centre team on how to communicate with callers.
The meeting was attended by Deputy Director (GA) Ahmed Hassan, Director Finance Muhammad Kashif, Director Staff Muhammad Irfan Ch, Deputy Director Staff Samar Hussnain Miyan, Director Estate Syed Kazim Abbas, Deputy Director Estate Aziz-ul-Shah, Deputy Director Estate Syed Ahmed Ali, Director Law Basit Khan, Deputy Director IT M. Asad Naeem Khan, Director Coordination Shahid Nadeem, Director Administration Ahmed Baksh Sangi, Deputy Commissioner Rana Muhammad Munir, and other FGEHA officials.
