Only 2 days left before Zameen.com’s Independence Day Competition ends. All of those who are still looking for the shots that can win you a Nokia Lumia 520 must hurry up. The contestants of this competition are well aware of the fact the only unique images will qualify as the finalist so there is no budging on that.
We, at the headquarters of Zameen.com, are enjoying the activity that is on at the official Facebook page of Zameen.com and expect to see this competition getting tougher in the coming couple of days. Meanwhile we have picked some of the images that have moved us and we would like to share it with our readers here.
We do know how deeply you love Pakistan and how anxiously you wait for the country to make you feel proud in this world of ruthless people… because so do we. May you live long and see Pakistan become a stronger and prosperous homeland of yours.
Dear beautiful baby, I just hope that when you grow up, you don’t have to worry like we do about the future of this country and that of your children.
While many of us do remember it as yesterday when decorating our houses and streets was a better show of patriotism than updating FB status and changing the DP, there is a whole lot of folks who are actually doing a job many times better than us at the social media in representing the country internationally. Go Social Media Folks, Go!!
Chacha Pakistani – The man who knew why and how to love Pakistan
Baba Meher Din or the famous and much loved Chacha Pakistani was missed gravely in the flag hosting ceremony on 14th August at Wahga Border this year. I remembered how his very presence before the audience’s stand would make people roar to life and feel the gush of country’s love running through their veins to every nerve end… I think I now have some idea about how it must have felt as a 27 year old young man to see how difficultly Pakistan was formed… or may be I still don’t and never will.
Quite a common site for 14th August
I bet all of you have seen such scenes on roads where the young boys are seen taking the liberty of the Independence Day and doing stunts that are far scarier than sitting in the car’s windows. However I am not sure how cool would the day be if there weren’t these young and wild folks out there taking every opportunity to feel happy and liberated on the 14th August at least? But please boys, take it easy, your family is waiting for you at home.
Well there is still time, 2 days to be precise, and you guys do have what it takes to be the winner!!
Way to go folks!
