Islamabad: Representatives from various registered real estate associations from Pakistan have decided to form the Federation of Real Estate Association, reports a news source. The decision was taken in a meeting held among presidents and general secretaries of these associations.
According to details, it was decided that ad-hoc members would get the federation registered within six to twelve months, arrange elections, and invite all real estate associations through advertisements to get them registered with the federation.
In the same meeting, it was agreed that Maj (R) Rafique Hasrat will be the DHA Estate Agents Association’s president, while Islamabad Estate Agents Association will be presided by Rana Muhammad Arshad Khan. The members also nominated presidents for real estate associations from Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Baluchistan.
