Sharing details on the matter, Moazzam said that approvals were granted to these 275 housing schemes without following the due process. Moreover, the developers also sold several plots without the authority’s approval and did not maintain proper data for these transactions. This has caused a heavy loss to the national exchequer, said the chairman.
