So far, over PKR 1.28 billion has been allocated to the FDA for the project that was originally launched in January 2018. However, the full amount could not be released due to the austerity measures of the current government and the construction work had to be stopped.
The locals have complained of the traffic issues caused by the lack of an underpass and the narrowing of the road due to construction work.
