As per the details, the FDA started the operation after completing its investigations on the legal status of Model Town City II, Tech Town Phase V and Al-Harmain City. The developers of these housing schemes had not procured an NOC from the development authority, which is a mandatory condition for real estate builders and developers to meet prior to officially launching a commercial or residential project.
During this raid, the FDA Enforcement Wing directed the developer to meet the legal requirements in order to get an FDA NOC issued for the respective project. Otherwise, they cannot continue with selling plots or commencing development work.
