Faisalabad: The Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) has intensified its drive to collect dues from property owners in the city, a news source reported. To this effect, FDA Director General (DG) Muhammad Sohail Khawaja recently directed the officials concerned to to speed up the process.

According to details, FDA’s enforcement team has issued notices to the owners of five plots to clear unpaid amounts and stated that their properties will be sealed in case of non-compliance.
Director Estate Management Dr Anam Sajid Malik oversaw the initiative, whereas the enforcement team comprising of Estate Officer Imtiaz Goraya and other staff members contacted the defaulters in FDA-colonies and commercial markets and served notices to them.

The plot owners were warned that after this notice period was over, action will be taken against them since notices had been issued previously as well and the deadline for those had ended in June 2019.
