Faisalabad: Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) has issued final notices to the defaulters of FDA City for clearing dues and they have been warned that in case dues are not cleared the plots may be cancelled – a news source reported on November 16.

In addition to the cancellation of plots, the amount already submitted will also be appropriated and the plots will be auctioned. The notices also make it clear the former allottees whose plots have already been cancelled will not be able to avail this opportunity.

According to details, FDA has served repeated notices to some allottees who are yet to pay the development charges and their dues, so now FDA has decided to take adverse action on the matter. According to FDA officials, these funds will then be utilised for development work within the housing scheme and will also serve to raise the value of the plots.
