Faisalabad: The Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) has announced an open auction for the sale of residential and commercial plots of various sizes, along with the lease of expansive land in FDA City, as per the news source on December 8.
The auction is scheduled to take place on December 21 and is set to commence at 11 AM at the office of PMU, FDA City, located on Sargodha Road. This initiative provides an opportunity for interested parties to acquire plots and lease land in the burgeoning FDA City development.
A meeting was held that outlined the details of the auction, specifying that two 5.5-kanal plots in A7-block are designated for bidding for the construction of hotels/marquees on an annual lease basis. Additionally, various two-marla shops in different blocks, 1-kanal commercial plots, and residential plots of 1-kanal, 10-marla, and 5-marla will be available for bidding.
