Faisalabad: The Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA)approved the launch and development of Phase II on April 15, according to Qasim Property Links CEO Engineer Mian Muhammad Sardar.
Reportedly, Citi Housing Faisalabad has successfully purchased 5500 kanals of land for Phase II near Samundari Road and is due to begin development work soon.
Sardar said the phase will offer 5- and 10-marla and 1- and 2-kanal plots to investors who already hold files for the area and no new files will be offered.
‘The map will be released in the next few weeks and development is due to commence immediately. It is expected to reach completion before March next year,’ Sardar added.
