Lahore: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has urged any individual who is looking to contact FBR for any related complaint, suggestion, query or information that needs or is intended to be shared with the body should contact it through its helpline, according to a notification on its social media on Wednesday (July 8).

Anyone looking to do so can contact FBR between 9 am to 11 pm on the board helpline by dialing 111 772 772. Queries and complaints can also be forwarded to FBR’s email (helpline@fbr.gov.pk) round the clock.
The agency had established the helpline last year and it assists with issues such as payment of Surcharge for ATL, guidance for newly launched Online Sales Tax Registration application, guidance for newly launched Biannual Income Tax Withholding Statement, and guidance for ST Returns launched for the new financial year.

The helpline uses a modern Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System, under which three-tier support lines are provided to ensure that all the issues are promptly resolved.
