Islamabad: Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has received complaints from multiple cities about the valuation tables it prepared to assess the fair market prices of real estate in Pakistan, states a news source.
Reportedly, the FBR will identify these mistakes and correct them. Currently, mistakes are being identified in the rate list issued for properties in Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi and Peshawar. The board has not shared a timeline for scrutinizing and fixing the errors in valuation tables.
