Lahore: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has formed teams for the purpose of collecting taxes on transfer of property in several areas of Lahore, a news source reported.
Initially, four teams have been formed for four major areas of the city. These teams will be stationed at, and will monitor, DHA, LDA, Izmir Town, and Valencia Town. They will be monitoring the transfer of properties in these areas, and ensure they collect all relevant taxes owed to the government. The collection of taxes on transfer of property has posed a serious issue for the authorities in previous years.
The DHA team will be led by Inspector Nadeem Punnu, LDA team will be headed by Muhammad Shoaib, while the teams in Izmir and Valencia Towns will be led by Syed Abbas Ali Bukhari.
The teams were formed by Commissioner Dr. Isthiaq Ahmad, on the directions of Chief Commissioner Syed Nadeem Hussain Rizvi.
The Construction relief is only seems for Builders,should be remembers that all fixed taxes builders will charge by allotee but FBR should approved incentive for all type of constructions, Housing,Individual Construction,Investor Construction,Industry Construction Ware House,Factories,Oil Marketing,s Companies infrastructure,Roads Contractor,because all have involve labore,s supervisor so incentive should not recommend only for Builders also Govt should approved relief in Tax ,GST,S.S.T.P.S.T. and other taxes in Cement,Steel,Raw material that used in construction if you want to reduce price of Cement Steel Raw-material locally manufacturing immediately imposed banned on export you will see all rates will reduce automatically and Inshallah you will see a new Pakistan
