According to the details, this early achievement supports FBR’s ambitious aim to reach a PKR 12.97 trillion collection target for the 2024-25 fiscal year. During a briefing, Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb and other officials discussed the FBR’s plans for digitisation and revenue collection. The minister praised former Chairman Malik Amjed Zubair Tiwana’s efforts and expressed confidence in new Chairman Rashid Mahmood Langrial’s ability to meet the targets.
