Islamabad: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) has extended the deadline for filing Sales Tax and Federal Excise Returns for March 2024 to April 22, 2024.
Initially scheduled for April 18, the last date for submitting the monthly sales tax return form has been postponed, as per directives from the FBR to field formations issued on Monday. This extension was authorised under section 74 of the Sales Tax Act, 1990, and section 43 of the Federal Excise Act, 2005.
