Islamabad: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on Saturday (January 15) announced that the second lucky draw for POS-integrated receipt verification participants will be held on February 15, news sources reported.
The authority made the announcement after revealing the winners/customers of the first computerised lucky draw for the same initiative. As per the advert published in national dailies, a total of PKR 53 million worth of prizes were distributed among 1,007 lucky draw winners. The first prize for the POS-integrated receipt verification ballot has been set at PKR 1,000,000, the second prize at PKR 500,000 for two winners, four prizes of PKR 250,000 will be given to three winners, and 1,000 prizes of PKR 50,000 each will be awarded to lucky winners. The advertisement also informed the public to ‘Demand Pakki Receipt-Verify It- Win A Prize’. The method to participate in the scheme is as follow:
