As per the details, Chief Commissioner Medium Taxpayers Office Abdul Hameed Memon stated that retailers will not have to buy new machines to use this system. The retailers will just have to download an app from FBR’s website and add it to the existing machines.
It was mentioned that when a retailer makes a sale, a printable QR code or barcode will be generated automatically. Additionally, this Point of Sale (PoS) invoice reporting system features an automatic preparation of sales tax returns, which will reduce the expenditure of retailers.
