The newly added module in the Iris has been tested by the authority and as part of the first phase, it has been enabled for Large Taxpayers’ Offices (LTO) Islamabad, Regional Tax Office (RTO) Rawalpindi, RTO Faisalabad and RTO Peshawar for testing purpose. In the second phase, FBR is enabling the same module for all the remaining regional tax offices – for which instructions to all the Chief Commissioners Inland Revenue have been dispatched to set up dedicated e-hearing rooms in their field offices latest by May 31.
