Rawalpindi: The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) introduced the ‘Tajir Dost Scheme’ in Rawalpindi, aiming to promote tax compliance and formalize the economy, as reported by the news source on 14 May.

According to the details, the Regional Tax Office (RTO) hosted an event where the first four traders to register under the scheme were honored, marking a significant milestone. Ms. Tehmina Aamer, Chief Commissioner of Inland Revenue, praised the traders for their proactive engagement and awarded them registration certificates, hailing them as ambassadors of tax compliance.
