Islamabad: The Federal Board of Revenue has collected its all-time highest tax revenue of PKR 3,200 billion in between July 1, 2017 to May 1, 2018, reported a news source. During the same time period of the fiscal year 206-17, the board had collect PKR 2,600 billion.
To meet the set target, the FBR has to collect another PKR 750 billion in the remaining 40 days of the fiscal year 2017-18. According to a senior FBR officer, the revenue growth during these months has gone up by over 16, which is a record itself.
