Karachi: Foundation Builders & Developers (FBD), the developers of Creek City Gwadar and Gwadar Creek Arena, has issued a change-of-address notice for the company’s head office in a publication. The notification is primarily geared towards updating the developer’s existing clients-base.
In brief, the notice states that FBD has shifted from its previous premises at Office No 4, Mezzanine Floor, Mazhar Arcade, Plot No 15/121, Block 3, BMCH Society, Alamgir Road, Karachi.
The new head office is located at Plot No 34-E, Dubai Islamic Bank Building, Main Khayaban-e-Ittehad Road, Off Muslim Commercial, Phase VI, DHA, Karachi. Correspondingly, the firm’s new phone numbers are as follows: +9221-35843607-08, 37234579 and 37249739.
The new address and phone numbers should be used for correspondence with the developer in the future.
