Gujranwala: Fazaia Housing Scheme (FHS) Gujranwala has announced balloting for the allottees of the housing scheme, a publication by the authorised dealer of FHS revealed. The balloting is to be held in about sixty days.
The publication also stated a that limited number of civil quota plots are also available. The booking can be made at a low 15%, and by paying 10% of the total amount two months after the balloting, you can become an allottee of a plot. The remaining amount can be paid in 30 monthly instalments over the next two and a half years. The total price of a 5-marla plot is set at PKR 1.85 million, with the booking at PKR 277,500 only.
Earlier in the year, Fazaia Housing Scheme Gujranwala had announced the beginning of development in the housing scheme and the inauguration of Jamia Mosque of Fazaia Housing Scheme had been done in a ceremony. Moreover, possession had also been granted for one of the three commercial areas of the project: Falcon Commercial.
