Karachi: Karachi Administrator Barrister Murtaza Wahab on Saturday launched a family park in Clifton, which is located next to Ziauddin University, according to a news published on May 16.

The newly inaugurated park in Clifton includes state-of-the-art facilities like a well-maintained gym, tennis court, a walking track, a children’s play area and futsal and football ground with a dedicated cricket area and basketball court.

Administrator Wahab addressed the inaugural ceremony and stated that he is happy that the area which was under threat to be illegally occupied has been handed over to the corporate social responsibility, under which, Ziauddin University turned it into a beautiful park. He thanked the university chancellor for keeping his commitment and his cooperation with the Karachi Municipal Corporation (KMC) that materialized a beautiful park for the neighbourhood. It was also highlighted an international quality tartan track will also be built here shortly.
