Faisalabad: Faisalabad Development Authority (FDA) Director Dr Faisal Azim has asked the stakeholders not to use unapproved proposals and maps of the Faisalabad Master Plan, according to news published on Friday (April 8).

As per the details, the Faisalabad Master Plan is being prepared by consultants of Usmani & Company under the supervision of the FDA, and hasn’t yet been finalised. The director-general has advised the stakeholders including landowners, business community, land developers, and investors not to use the plans and maps until the Faisalabad Master Plan’s final draft has been approved by the government. He further added that the maps and proposals under discussion with the public are unauthenticated.

Moreover, FDA DG Azim asked not to buy or sell any land or plan economic or commercial projects based on these unapproved proposals. He disclosed that Faisalabad Peri Urban Structure Plan is being implemented whereas Faisalabad Master Plan is not finalised as some proposals are being considered for the final draft.
