Miramshah: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister (CM) Mahmood Khan has announced the establishment of a university and a medical college in the tribal districts, a news source reported. He was addressing a public meeting in Younas Khan Park in Miramshah, where he made the declaration.
He further said that the victims of militancy and military operations will be brought back to their houses in the province from across the border.

The CM said his government will focus on the development of educational and health facilities, and infrastructure. He stated that the security of the tribal people will be ensured.
The KP CM also announced rolling out a package worth billions of rupees for infrastructural development, rehabilitation and reconstruction, and the setting up of educational & health facilities across the province.

At the occasion, Khan further announced the inauguration of 3G and 4G mobile phone services in tribal districts. He expressed the government’s resolve to provide free healthcare across the tribal districts through the launch of Sehat Insaf Cards.
The chief minister remarked that every family would be provided free healthcare up to PKR 720,000 annually.
