Islamabad: Development work to expand and carpet the Ban-Karor Road in Murree has been started, according to a news source. The road connects Charah Chowk to Ban Bazar and falls in National Assembly’s (NA) Constituency 50, which belongs to Pakistan Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi.
Ban-Karor Road has been in a deteriorating condition from the last 10 years, causing major problems for commuters. Public representatives from the area told news reporters that development work on the road will be completed in two months. While the correct figures on the construction cost have not been revealed, the expense could be worth many millions.
