Lahore: The Excise and Taxation (E&T) Department has reminded the property owners and persons working in any professional capacity to submit their property and professional taxes by June 30, according to a publication.
The department has warned that failure of the defaulters to meet the deadline would result in legal implications (including fines and imprisonment).

For submitting dues, it has asked these individuals to visit nearest branches of the National Bank (NBP), or the State Bank (SBP). Furthermore, the department has confirmed that it recently dispatched challan forms to the citizens concerned for collection of property tax and professional taxes.
Those who haven’t received their forms have been asked to visit the (E&T) offices in their respective districts, or approach the facilitation desks set up by the department.
