Lahore: The Excise & Taxation Department has decided to start an appointment management system to facilitate the citizens, a news source reported.
Speaking on the matter Director Excise Rizwan Sherwani stated that the appointment management system will ensure that taxation officers will know when a particular citizen will visit excise offices and what his issues are. This will help them resolve the issues quickly.
The public will be able to get an online appointment for their tax issues and will also be able to register complaints under it. The system will begin from Lahore and will be introduced to other cities later.
