Islamabad: Prime Minister (PM) Shehbaz Sharif directed that modern housing societies must be established in the federal capital for overseas Pakistanis, according to news published on December 19.

In a meeting on Overseas Pakistanis investing in the property market, the premier mentioned that experienced and reputed companies must be hired to construct homes for foreigners. The Capital Development Authority (CDA) top officials (whose names were not disclosed) briefed the PM about the potential of non-resident Pakistanis investing in the housing market.
