Lahore: The Punjab Directorate of Estate Management has invited prospective buyers to register their interest to establish factories and small industrial units in the newly-announced Gujarat Small Industrial Estate, an official advertisement reported.

These plots will be equipped with water, electricity, and Sui gas connections and will be available on easy instalments. The plot inventory available for sale includes 10-marla, 1-kanal, 2-kanal and 4-kanal plots that are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Moreover, the authorities have said that people who show an interest will be given priority along with a 5% discount, and buyers must begin construction on the industrial unit within two years of purchase. Individuals interested in participating in the scheme must get expressions of interest forms from the relevant regional and district offices or download it from the official website www.psic.gop.pk.
