Lahore: The Lahore High Court has ordered that illegal parking stands on Mall Road should be ended and ordered the presence of Parking Company’s Chief Executive in court today, a news story reported.
According to details, the case was heard by Justice Ali Akbar Qureshi of the Lahore High Court. The applicant’s lawyer contended that because of illegal parking stands in front of plazas on Mall Road, the flow of traffic gets disturbed. The applicant also told the court that permission hasn’t been taken from administration for these parking stands and that this is extortion in the name of parking.
The court ordered immediate action against those responsible and has summoned Parking Company’s Chief Executive in the court.
