Faisalabad: Authorities continued their anti-encroachment drive in Faisalabad for another day, a news source reported. During the second day, encroachments were removed from Circular Road and Rail Bazaar.
Shopkeepers were given time to remove the encroachments on Chowk Ghanta Ghar on their own in one day. The drive was headed by Faisalabad Municipal Corporation Chief Officer Zubair Natt. Some violators had tried to set up their counters again on the Kachehri Bazaar and they were stopped through timely action.
