Karachi: Emaar Pakistan has launched a new luxury project in Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Phase 8 called ‘The Views’ in Karachi, according to an advert in the national dailies.
The Views is a residential complex that offering residential units starting from size 1,806 sq ft at PKR 54.7 million with a 4-year payment plan. The residential complex is reported to offer an inventory of 2 & 3-bedroom affluent apartment units, along with high-end townhouses and penthouses. As the name implies, the project features units that offer stunning views of the city and ‘sunsets over the Arabian Sea’.
