Islamabad: The Emaar administration on Tuesday announced the date for the location ballot for plots in Meridian I – DHA Islamabad, according to the society’s official Facebook page.
The said ballot will be held on October 15, and is expected to involve all the customers that have paid their requisite instalments before September 30. The high-level members of the Emaar administration will also be present for the ballot.
Meanwhile, the same developer has additionally launched 8-marla commercial and 10-marla residential plots in the new Meridian II – DHA Islamabad — with the application submission dates for the said properties notified as September 23, 24 and 25. In addition, the plots in this new project are priced at PKR 9.1 million for residential land and PKR 47.3 million for commercial land.
