According to the developer, G-3 will feature ‘ultra-modern’ serviced apartments, an ‘international standard’ shopping mall and a luxury hotel. It has also stated its commitment to employ a host of smart facilities – including bioclimatic architecture, eco-friendly constructions, alternate green energy provisions, and automated building management systems – in its bid to provide a clean and green environment to the members.
As per the publication, the project will be constructed atop the Koh-e-Batil Hill (located at the heart of the Sangar Housing); providing an uninhibited three-sided view of the Arabian Sea. The developer has partnered with the provincial energy department in its bid to develop G-3 as an energy-efficient locality.
