Gujranwala: It has been revealed that close to 1,800 commercials buildings in the city are illegal, according to a news report. These buildings have been constructed in the past few years under the new administration.
According to details, these illegal commercial buildings include plazas, markets, marriage halls, petrol pumps, shops, and other commercial structures. It has been revealed that these have been built in contravention of building bye-laws or without proper layout plans. These can potentially bring millions in commercialisation fees for the treasury.
