Lahore: Islamabad’s luxury residential scheme ‘Eighteen’ has started the registration process for its ‘Open House’ sales event planned in Lahore, according to project’s official Facebook page. The event is scheduled to take place on November 23 at Nishat Hotel in Gulberg Lahore.
The residential project Eighteen Islamabad is a joint venture between Saif Group, Ora Developers and Kohistan Builders & Developers. It is located in Sector H-18 near Kashmir Highway, while Islamabad International Airport is a 10-minute drive from project site.
As per the details, the ‘Open House’ will start at 1 PM and end by 8 PM. Here, the developer will unleash limited time offers for the project’s exclusive inventory for apartments and villas. Booking for these units starts at 5%.
As per the publication, at the Open House event in Lahore, buyers will be able to book villas and apartments in Eighteen on a 4-year payment plan and full ownership title deed.
