Eden Builders, a developer with decades of experience in real estate industry, is set to launch Eden Life Islamabad in a bid to offer a state-of-the-art residential project to the people of the Federal Capital.
The developer has also advertised the project in the newspaper but has not given many details about it in the advert.
An official of Eden Builders told Zameen.com that Eden Life Islamabad would be launched this month. Bookings were opened at a soft-launch, but have been closed now until the official launch of the project.
Location
Eden Life Islamabad is located in Chak Shahzad on Lehtarar Road. Please see the image below to get a better idea of the location of the project.
Payment Plan
The official did not confirm booking prices of 10-marla and 1-, 2-, 4- and 8-kanal plots to be offered in the locality, stating that the prices would be unveiled at the time of booking. However, the developer has shared the following payment plan on its website to give an idea of the instalments in percentages:

We also learnt that the project would feature a business zone, golf course, health facility, theme park, education facility and other amenities.

These are desperate attempts from Eden Builders to come out of bankruptcy and salvage their tens of stuck up projects in Lahore. How serious are they, only time will tell.
