As per reports, the authorities have decided to drop seed balls of 15 approved species on the hills. They will replicate this project in other areas of the country if the results prove successful.
The terrain of the Margalla Hills makes it almost impossible to carry out a manual plantation drive. Moreover, planes-usage has proven to be very costly for this project.
