The possession of anything, whether it’s a new shirt, an electronic gadget, or a new car, is exciting. However, gaining possession of a piece of land that you’ve been paying dues for in order to build your dream home is a different experience altogether. That time has come for those who own 10-marla plots in Block F, Dream Gardens Multan.
The project, built by Izhaar Monno Developers, is strategically located in the heart of Multan. There is direct access to all vital areas of the city and this location is undoubtedly one of the main reasons for the popularity of this scheme, where major portions – specifically smaller plots of 5, 8, and 10 marlas – have nearly sold out already!
The housing scheme is set over 200 acres. There are various blocks, of which Block F is the first to have reached completion. Thus, plot owners who have paid their required dues are now allowed to retain possession of their land and begin construction of their houses, if they wish. According to the developers, possession of Blocks A and B, next in line, will be handed over within a year or so.
Although the groundbreaking ceremony took place in April 2015, the development of the housing scheme is already 70 % complete. The project is facilitated with water, electricity, and gas. Roads have been constructed and work on the overhead water tank is in progress. According to estimates, the development will fully be completed within a year and a half.
Sounds appealing, right? Well, you can certainly get a piece of the pie.
The price for residential plots is currently PKR 450,000 per marla, which means that the 10-marla plots ready for possession are priced at PKR 4,500,000. The instalment plan requires a 20% down payment and payments spread over a 2.5 year period. Plots located on the main boulevard are being charged a 15% premium over their original price while those that are corner plots and those that face the park are sold at a 10% premium.
Unsurprisingly, real estate activity is steady for Dream Gardens Multan. The developers are quick to mention the underground electricity and the superb location of the housing scheme, both features that give it a definite competitive edge. The price per marla is very affordable at the moment, making it a highly lucrative investment for those interested.
It must also be noted that possession was given at the promised time. This is a major plus point for the society as this reaffirms the trust of investors, thereby causing prices to escalate. According to the developer, the possession for commercial plots is also available for those that clear at least 80% of their dues.
So, this is the time for 10-marla plot owners of Block F to rejoice – you can finally enjoy being the official owner of a piece of land!
