Lahore: Lahore Development Authority (LDA) Additional Director General (Urban Planning) Rana Tika Khan has directed the concerned authorities that the land from Mouza Rakh Jhuduki be included in the LDA city housing scheme, news sources reported.
He stated this while presiding over a meeting held to review the progress of the development projects in the LDA city housing scheme. According to reports, the decision was made due to a lack of available land for the scheme.
Moreover, the meeting reviewed the progress of the housing project. The attendees stressed on creation of a proper mechanism to prevent overselling of the land by private entities. Instructions for expedited development work and ballot arrangement was also given.
In another development, LDA has also issued a list of 481 allottees who did not submit the required documents for the LDA City New Pakistan Apartments project. The list of candidates is available on the LDA website at www.lda.gop.pk. These candidates have until July 2 to submit their details to the appropriate bank.
