Faisalabad: Faisalabad Commissioner Silwat Saeed has directed the relevant departments to intensify their efforts for the timely completion of the Safe City project, according to news published on January 4.

Commissioner Saeed emphasized the government’s commitment to the successful implementation of the Safe City project. She urged all concerned departments to collaborate and expedite their efforts to ensure the project’s completion, considering it vital for the future development of the third-largest metropolis in the country.

During the meeting, Commissioner Saeed received updates on the current status of the project and directed the Buildings Department to accelerate its efforts to transform the city into a genuinely safe city. He stressed that the Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi is actively involved in the said project in Faisalabad, and any negligence or lethargy would not be tolerated.
