Islamabad: The Capital Development Authority (CDA) Chairman Captain (retired) Muhammad Usman Younis has issued directives to expedite development work in Sector I-12, according to news published on November 25.

A CDA spokesperson said that the CDA Land Directorate is reaching out to the affectees of Sector I-12 in order to resolve their problems and grievance so that the development work can be started. He went on to say that the Land Directorate will have a meeting with the affectees of Sectors I-12/1 and I-12/4 in the coming week to listen to their complaints and address them.
As per the details, 18% of the development activity in Sectors I-12/2 and I-12/3 has been completed. The CDA chairman wants early completion of the development work in these sectors to allow the allottees to start construction of their houses.

Moreover, the CDA spokesperson mentioned that the issues related to the allottees have been resolved and possession will be awarded as soon as the development work completes.
