Quetta: The Defence Housing Authority (DHA) Quetta has announced the direct sale of commercial and residential plots, as stated in a post shared on the authority’s official Facebook page on June 5.

According to the post, the direct sale of plots in DHA Quetta will take place on June 20 and June 21, 2023. The following are the details of the available plots:

The administration has shared specific conditions for the direct sale of plots in DHA Quetta. They are as follows:
- Investors or realtors who wish to participate in the direct sale of commercial and residential plots must register with DHA Quetta between June 6 and June 14. The registration fee is PKR 5,000, which is non-refundable.
- All Pakistani companies, firms, and citizens can participate in the direct sale of plots, provided they have a CNIC or NICOP.
- Online registration is mandatory for all investors and realtors. The registration link is available on the authority’s official website: www.dhaquetta.org.
- Investors or realtors should bring hard copies of the registration forms for verification on the day of the direct sale.
- The customer declared the winner in each category must pay a 10% down payment on the spot at the counter established by the Finance Directorate/DHA Quetta. The remaining 90% of the amount must be deposited within 30 days of the announcement of the successful customer.

- If a customer fails to pay the dues within the given timeframe, the negotiated commercial or residential plot will be declared null and void immediately. The deposited amount (if any) will be refunded, with a deduction of 20% of the deposited amount.
- DHA Quetta reserves the right to cancel the direct sale of any commercial or residential plot without any prior intimation.
