The four LDA schemes due for having their records relocated online include Mustafa Town, Jubilee Town, Gulberg, and LDA Avenue-1. LDA Director General Amna Imran Khan revealed this information. She also stated that that digitisation of records is currently under-process for other LDA housing projects as well – including Johar Town.
She further informed that LDA is now processing ‘transfer of plot’ applications through an internal online system. The system will begin working following the successful computerisation of the records of the mentioned schemes
Director General Khan has also issued an order to shift Avenue-1’s Directorate from Johar Town’s LDA Complex. She has asked for its relocation to Avenue-1 itself. She has also directed the officials concerned not to resort to delaying tactics in the processing the different applications related to the project.
