The option will allow users to call qualified doctors over the phone round the clock from the safety of their homes. The users will be able to access a link to the coronavirus information and management page owned by BIMA, where they will be able to fill a form to provide basic information regarding their history and condition. This will lead to a call-back by BIMA’s trained telemedicine agents who will triage the patients on the basis of the symptoms. Upon confirmation that the patient may be symptomatic, the call will be forwarded to qualified doctors.
